The Minutes of the last meeting on the 6 of June last being read

The Board proceeded to appoint M^r John Murray of Fleet Street to be their Publisher & Vender of Nautical Almanacs to the year 1820 in the room of the late M^r Mackinlay deceased

A Letter from Captain Flinders RN requesting that the observations made in his Voyage & Survey of the Coast of New South Wales & the adjacent Countries as well as those of M^rs Crossley & Inman might be recalculated in order to their being corrected by the new Tables, was read

Resolved That M^r Crossley be employed to recalculate such of these observations as the Astronomer Royal & Secretary shall recommend and that M^r Crossley do take such assistance from Lieu^t Flinders as he may find necessary. The Board conclude that these calculations will be made at the same expence as those for the Nautical Almanac and desire in case they are thought to be worthy of a larger remuneration to have notice thereof at the next Board
